At Hull Master Products, customer satisfaction is our priority. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping, returns, and how we handle your orders with care and transparency.
Where Do We Ship?
We proudly ship anywhere in the United States, including all 50 states and U.S. territories. Whether you’re on the coast or inland, we’ll deliver our marine protection products directly to your door.
How Long Does an Order Take to Arrive?
Our standard shipping typically takes 5 to 8 business days during the regular season. Please note that during peak months like June and December, delivery times may be slightly longer due to increased carrier demand.
What If I Don’t Receive My Order?
We track every order from the moment it leaves our shop. If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us right away. We’ll promptly investigate and help locate your shipment.
What Items Are Eligible for Return?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in original, unused condition.
- Cans and bottles must be unopened
- The original shipping label must remain intact
- Used or damaged items are not eligible for return
Return Shipping Fee
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer free return shipping at this time.

Make sure to include a note with your order number inside the package and keep your tracking number for your records.
Once we receive your return and confirm it meets the return conditions, we’ll issue a full refund of the original purchase price.
